Anybody have an awesome 12 meal plan?. just look at food labels when you go to the store, and a sandwich and an apple and banana isn't too much effort.

But ik the current t5 won't hold up to the power I'm planning on putting to it.

Tuna Pasta: 1 package of Penne, 200g of Thickened Cream, small can of Tomato Puree (400-420g), 420g of Tuna, Onion, Garlic, shredded Zucchini, shredded Carrot, Parsley, Parmesan Cheese.

. While I loved moving my body I was always over weight, 225 pounds at my highest, I could never figure out how to get the body I truly want it. I cut at around 2k and bulk.


A huge batch of chili can last a week. More. The green beans in the night and the brocolli in the meal #2 are just for a single day and I plan to eat different veggies from day to day which would hopefully cover the whole spectrum of colors :).

The ever-versatile rotisserie chicken. .

Dinner: Stir fry with tofu, rice and veggies.

Gym calories per day -500 x 7 = 3,500.
